1. Rack part: The rack is the main body of the precision leveling machine, consisting of a base, columns, and connecting beams, connected by 4 tensioning bolts to form a closed prestressed frame structure. The rack is a welded structure, which is annealed after welding to eliminate internal stress. The rack has sufficient strength and stiffness to ensure small elastic deflection under high loads, meeting the needs of plate correction.
2. Roller part: The roller part is the working part of the precision leveling machine, including the working roller and support roller. The material of the work roller is 60CrMoV, the hardness of the quenching and tempering treatment is HB286-HB321, the surface quenching hardness is HRC56-HRC63, the depth of the quenching layer is 6-10mm, and the roughness is 0.8 μ m. The dimensional tolerance reaches h6. To meet the stiffness requirements of the work roll, three columns of upper and lower support rolls are specially set up.
