Precision leveling machines may encounter some problems over time. If there are some small problems that can be solved on their own, they can be quickly maintained and put into production without affecting their production efficiency. Based on years of experience, the following common faults and solutions are summarized for us to learn and learn from.

1. Reason: The power supply is not working. Solution: Check and reconnect the power supply to ensure that the voltage matches the rated voltage of the machine. Regular maintenance: Regularly check if the wires are aging and need to be replaced, check if the wiring terminals are loose, and clean the dust inside the electrical box.

2. Reason: Frequency converter alarm solution: Refer to the frequency converter manual for adjustment, and in severe cases, contact the manufacturer for repair and replacement. Regular maintenance: Check if the terminals of the frequency converter are loose, and clean the surface dust of the frequency converter.

3. Reason: There is material stuck in the drum and it cannot rotate. Solution: Release the adjustment handwheel to remove the material. Attention: When adjusting, do not press the material too tightly. Materials that exceed the leveling range of the machine are not allowed to be leveled on this machine.

4. Reason: The sprocket or gear is slipping. Solution: Fix the sprocket or gear again. If it is severely worn, please contact the manufacturer for replacement. Regular maintenance: Check the surface of the sprocket, chain, gear, etc. for lubricating oil every week, clean the surface in a timely manner, and add lubricating oil.

5. Reason: Motor or reducer malfunction Solution: Repair or replace motor or reducer Regular maintenance: Check the motor every month for any abnormal sounds or overheating, check if the reducer lubricating oil is sufficient, and replace the oil every year.

6. Reason: The switch is damaged or the wire is detached. Solution: Replace the switch and rewire it. Regular maintenance: Pay attention to whether the switch button is abnormal. Check the wire head inside the electrical box every quarter for burns or detachment, and repair and replace it in a timely manner.
